Community Employment Program Has New Name

The CEP department would like to share with you some great news in the Community Employment!  We’ve changed our name to “Access” to add continuity among the other St. Coletta of Wisconsin vocational programs (Excel, Affirmative Industries, Golden Options) as well as a better approach with our branding initiatives. Ultimately, helping us better pinpoint those we aim to serve.  CEP has now changed to Access Community Employment Program or Access for short.

Access is defined as, 1. The ability, right, or permission to approach, enter, speak with, or use; admittance.  2. The state or quality of being approachable.  3. To make contact with or gain access to; be able to reach, approach, enter, etc. 

The name “Access” was chosen because of this definition and our commitment to assisting and providing “access” to qualified people with disabilities advancement in a job in a competitive work environment.
